System Administration: Administer and maintain both 3rd party software (Membership Management, Omnichannel CRM and Customer Service, E-Mail Marketing software, Payment Gateway, Accounting, etc) and In-House Software (e.g. Member Portal, Repair & Maintenance Ticketing System, Asset Management, etc) Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and functioning correctly. Project & Budget Management: Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services. Plan and manage yearly, quarterly and monthly effectively and efficiently Coordinate with external vendors and service providers. IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. Ensure the security and integrity of the gym’s IT infrastructure.
