Cake 成立於 2016 年，是一個國際人才社群與職涯平台，提供 AI 履歷工具、求職策略、人脈資源與國際職缺，協助求職者在職涯各階段找到最適合的工作。目前全球用戶超過 1,000 萬，合作企業逾 10,000 家。 Job Intro Cake 行銷團隊正在尋找一位 Marketing Communication Intern，參與品牌行銷、整合行銷活動與社群宣傳等專案。你將實際投入企劃發想、文案撰寫、合作溝通、活動執行到成效追蹤的完整流程，包含 Career Festival、品牌專案、校園與異業合作等不同類型的專案。 工作內容的比例將依據專案需求、個人技能與學習目標彈性分配。我們期待你不只執行任務，也能主動觀察、提出想法，逐步建立自己在行銷與品牌溝通上的專業能力。 Responsibilities 整合行銷活動企劃與執行 協助企劃並執行整合行銷活動，涵蓋 Career Fair、品牌專案與校園／異業合作計畫。 協助彙整各管道的宣傳素材與發布時程，包含社群、EDM、活動頁、問卷與合作夥伴曝光，確保資訊一致。 撰寫行銷與品牌文案，包含活動文案、社群貼文、EDM、問卷與品牌報告。 支援品牌活動現場執行，協助流程確認、現場溝通與突發狀況處理；若活動日為假日，可調整當週工作日。 協助追蹤活動成效，整理數據、參與者回饋與專案觀察，提供後續優化依據。 活動空間經營與管理 維護空間借用申請與排程。 負責活動前後的佈置與復原。 協助設備盤點與日常維護。 協助對外租借溝通與確認。 Requirements 中文書寫能力優秀，能撰寫邏輯清楚、符合品牌語氣的行銷文案。 目標導向，能有效管理時程，兼顧執行效率與內容品質；細心負責，能處理需要準確度的資料整理與追蹤工作。 對行銷、品牌、活動企劃或公關傳播有基本理解與高度興趣。 具備基礎製圖工具能力（如 Canva），能獨立產製社群貼文或活動素材。 每週可實習至少 3 天、每天至少 6 小時，並能配合平日或假日的現場活動支援；平時每週可遠端一天。 樂於接受回饋，能在快速變動的專案節奏中持續調整成長。 Nice to Have 具備行銷企劃、公關、活動執行或社群經營相關實習經驗。 有自媒體經營經驗（Instagram、YouTube、Podcast、Threads 等），應徵時可提供帳號或作品集參考。 熟悉社群趨勢，對 KOL/KOC 合作、職涯議題或人才市場有持續觀察。 英文能力佳，能協助閱讀英文資料或進行簡單的跨國團隊溝通。

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Intern to assist in lead generation through cold calling and cold email campaigns. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced sales environment, while contributing to the growth of the company. You will support the sales team by identifying potential leads, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce the company’s products/services. • Draft and send personalized cold emails to engage potential leads. • Research potential leads and maintain accurate records of contacts in the CRM system. • Follow up with leads via phone and email to set up meetings or product demos. • Support the sales team with other lead generation and prospecting tasks. • Assist in tracking and reporting key performance metrics such as response rates and conversions. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. • Learn and stay updated on product features and industry trends.
