Brand Marketing: Brand Campaign Support: Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring brand initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns.Brand Monitoring: Track brand performance and report on campaign effectiveness; conduct market, competitor, and customer insights research to support brand strategy.Administrative Support: Assist with event organization, vendor management, and internal brand communication tasks.Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Agency, Bancassurance, CX, etc.) to implement projects. 2. Social Media and Digital Marketing: Support the Marketing team in implementing content for FWD’s social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, internal platforms if any).Assist in drafting captions and short content following brand guidelines; check basic formatting, spelling, and visuals before posting.Help track posting schedules and compile simple performance metrics (engagement, reactions).Support administrative and coordination tasks such as preparing documents, checklists, and timelines for marketing activities.Assist in communication and progress updates with external partners such as agencies, production vendorsParticipate in internal training sessions to understand the brand, products, and marketing processes. 3. Customer Experience: Support drafting and reviewing customer communication materials (email, message content, simple announcements, internal CX updates).Assist in coordinating CX initiatives, campaigns, and internal programs to promote customer-centric culture.Support organizing CX-related events, workshops, roadshows, or sharing sessions (planning, materials, coordination).Support preparation of simple presentations, communication decks, and engagement materials.Assist CX team in preparing VOC insights Report for internal CX initiativeProvide general support for ongoing CX projects as assigned. 4. Customer Care: Support execution of care activities for corporate and individual customers..Support Customer Care projects including tracking progress, consolidating information and preparing basic documentation. Collect, consolidate and maintain customer care data; support daily/monthly reports and dashboards. .Support coordination with internal teams and external vendors for customer care activities. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall customer experience strategy. - Implement and support daily assigned tasks related to customer care.

Data Digital: Support to build impactful insights by analyzing data and developing interactive Power BI dashboards to drive business decisions.Explore and apply modern data technologies (e.g., AI copilots, Power Automate, Data Lake) to enhance team productivity and streamline data workflows.Contribute to the design and documentation of scalable data frameworks used across the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business problems through data-driven approaches.Perform ad-hoc tasks and initiatives assigned by the line manager, with opportunities to learn and grow rapidly. 2. Distribution Planning, Reporting, Compensation Contest​: Support in data management and periodic reports.Provide analysis about sales performance and effectiveness of sales contest and promotion.Develop tools and dashboards to calculate agent income, incentive and costing model.Assist in preparing contest memo, presentation decks and other documents.Participate in system enhancement projects and other initiatives (if any).Other tasks as assigned by line manager. 3. Bancassurance Business Quality: Works directly with Banca Quality Assurance team to identify risks, implement controls to manage these risks, test control effectiveness and report regularly on any risks, incidents or issues relating to partnership sales quality.Support in maintain data availability from different sources for further analysis.Support in develop and evaluate comprehensive sales quality analyses combining new sales and renewal sales data, and/or develop an approach to continuously monitoring sales quality.Support in re-organizing the controlled document system into functional buckets. 4. Digital Commerce: Support analysis of end-to-end digital customer journeys across websites, mobile apps, and embeded platformsAssist in eliciting, clarifying, and documenting business and user requirements under guidanceCollaborate with Product, IT, Marketing, Data, and Operations teams to support deliverySupport UAT preparation, execution, defect logging, and follow-up resolutionSupport project management activities including task tracking, risk follow-up, and reportingLeverage AI-assisted tools responsibly to streamline analysis, documentation, reporting, and repetitive tasks

Agency Business Development Project: Support the setup and execution of internal systems, processes, and governance frameworks for the Full time Agency Model and Agency Partnership projects during the initial rollout and pilot phases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational readiness.Assist in monitoring and tracking pilot performance, key KPIs, and progress milestones, consolidating data and preparing basic performance summaries and reports to support management review and decision making.Coordinate closely with cross functional internal teams (e.g. Operations, Finance, IT, Training, Marketing) to follow up on assigned tasks, manage timelines, and ensure data accuracy, system readiness, and smooth implementation.Support the documentation of workflows, operating procedures, guidelines, and key learnings from pilot initiatives, providing a structured knowledge base to facilitate evaluation, continuous improvement, and future scaling of the model. 2. Agency Strategy Planning: Supporting the Implementation of Agency InitiativesSupport planning and execution of agency initiatives and projects.Track progress and prepare updates for the Manager. Conduct basic research and data collection to support decisions.Prepare meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and reports.Ensure documents are accurate and shared on time.Support coordination of virtual and in‑person meetings.Build and maintain cost models for budgeting and planning purposes.Analyze data and prepare basic cost projections.Assist with data analysis, scenario modelling, and presentation preparation. 3. Corporate Strategy: Assist in the development and dissemination of weekly, quarterly, and annual strategic reports, performance reports, and trend analysis for business unit meetings and management reviews.Assist in conducting research and analysis to support the development of strategic plans and initiatives.Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor activities, etc.Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for strategic planning meetings and senior management reviews.Gain hands-on experience in strategic planning methodologies and practices within the life insurance industry. 4. Bancassurance Partnership Management: Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to partnership performance and market trends.Support in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.Draft memos to partners including product updates, operational guidelines and other official announcements.Assist in coordinating meetings and events with our partners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects.Support partner engagement activities on occasions. 5. Product Development: Support preparation and updating of product documents (product information, basic rules, system and testing materials).Assist in system testing by preparing test scenarios, recording User Acceptance Testing results, and tracking issues.Support project coordination by tracking assigned tasks, updating progress.Support coordination with IT and Operations during system setup and product implementation.Help track implementation progress and summarize issues for the team.Assist with basic inquiries from internal teams using available product documents.
