Corporate Strategy: Assist in the development and dissemination of weekly, quarterly, and annual strategic reports, performance reports, and trend analysis for business unit meetings and management reviews.Assist in conducting research and analysis to support the development of strategic plans and initiatives.Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor activities, etc.Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for strategic planning meetings and senior management reviews.Gain hands-on experience in strategic planning methodologies and practices within the life insurance industry. 4. Bancassurance Partnership Management: Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to partnership performance and market trends.Support in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.Draft memos to partners including product updates, operational guidelines and other official announcements.Assist in coordinating meetings and events with our partners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects.Support partner engagement activities on occasions. 5. Product Development: Support preparation and updating of product documents (product information, basic rules, system and testing materials).Assist in system testing by preparing test scenarios, recording User Acceptance Testing results, and tracking issues.Support project coordination by tracking assigned tasks, updating progress.Support coordination with IT and Operations during system setup and product implementation.Help track implementation progress and summarize issues for the team.Assist with basic inquiries from internal teams using available product documents.
