As a Product Owner (Middle Level), you’ll own and develop a set of features within MoMo’s Gamification Donation Platform, where millions of users “play to give”.This role requires logical thinking, creativity, learning agility, and strong communication, while aligning your work with the 2026 OKRs of the entire platform, including:Expanding Donate by Purchase (CSR for Business) solutions.Supporting BU Services through cross-service bundling gamification.Driving user growth and retention (MEU/MAU, donation conversion, overlap rate).Mô tả công việcProduct DevelopmentCollaborate with Senior PO or Leader to deliver feature groups under the roadmap.Propose new features and improvements aligned with user needs and strategic OKRs.Manage assigned backlog/tasks, write detailed user stories, and ensure delivery quality.Track feature performance (flow, reward, events) and suggest data-backed enhancements.Customer Empathy User-Centric ThinkingDeeply understand users across segments: gamers, donors, and business partners.Identify pain points, motivations, and emotional triggers to design impactful experiences.Keep users at the center of every product decision, balancing user goals with business and tech feasibility.Represent the voice of the user in discussions, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.Data Insight-Driven DecisionAnalyze user behavior using BI dashboards to discover engagement opportunities.Translate insights into product actions: optimize flows, rewards, or UI/UX.Support data-driven evaluations of key 2026 initiatives and campaigns.Strategic Alignment with OKR 2026Support the Donate by Purchase (CSR for Business) initiative — co-design scalable, operational product solutions with partners.Collaborate with BU teams (Payment, QR, Insurance, Money Transfer, etc.) to design cross-service gamified campaigns that:Increase overlap (multi-service users).Connect user journeys “Play – Use – Donate – Return.”Suggest features or flows that reinforce retention and donation conversion.Communication Stakeholder ManagementWork with Engineering, Design, Growth, Marketing, Partnership, and Data.Clearly communicate product logic, user insight, and results.Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and prioritization, providing user-centric viewpoints.Act as the bridge between business, technology, and user experience — with empathy and clarity.Innovation LearningResearch gamification, loyalty, CSR-tech, and fintech trends.Conduct A/B or pilot testing to validate ideas.Stay curious, open-minded, and ready to evolve into a Senior PO.Yêu cầu công việcBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or IT.2–3 years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Executive. Exposure to fintech, e-commerce, or gamification is a plus.
Strong in user journey design, feature delivery, data analysis, and cross-functional communication.

Familiar with Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and BI dashboards.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork abilities.
