Maintain and build long-term relationships with key partners across diversified categories in FB, FMCG, lifestyles, government affairs etc., ensuring continuous alignment and collaboration.Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company’s objectives and growth plans.Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits.Collaborate with key partners in co-marketing efforts in planning and execution to grow their business on ShopeeFood.Manage stakeholders as other Marketing teams, the Business Development team, and the Operations team to deliver the best result for campaigns/activities.Monitor real-time, alert stakeholders and take immediate actions in case of any issues that may affect campaign KPIs and Customer Experience.Plan and manage campaigns with an out-of-the-box and can-do attitude to create case studies while bringing satisfaction to brands.Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market analysis and partner feedback.Proficiency in managing multi-channel sales strategies, evaluating the campaign results and calculating benefits to company, partners and customers.Analyzing data and providing reports to the Manager.Solve the problems regarding contracts, debts etc.Hunting new accounts for an expansion pool of customers.

Azure Security support team belongs to Microsoft CSS Cloud & Enterprise Business Unit. This position under Azure Security support team is responsible for delivering Azure Security Service and support to our global customers with the ultimate satisfaction. The engineer is responsible for support delivery, working with customers to resolve complex technical customer issues on the Microsoft Azure Platform. In addition, the engineer will focus on determining technical support scenarios, supportability asks, support workflow adjustments for Azure Security components; identifying required tools, cloud access, training, processes or capabilities for support to assess issues. Need to closely collaborate with engineering, operations and other CSS engineers. Azure Security team takes charge in Endpoint Security, Threat Analytics, Infrastructure solutions, Information Protection and involving products like Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, Information Protection, Key Vault, Defender for Endpoint, Windows Defender, Defender for Cloud App and Defender for Identity, which use machine learning, big data.....to secure endpoint devices, apps and other resources in various security scenes. Main Responsibilities 1. Technical services & Responsiveness Drive the communication with the customer to deliver desired solutions in response to customers’ concerns. Effective Communication & Collaboration Identify the right resource to collaborate with to work toward the final solutions. Collaborate with cross-group peers both proactively and reactively. 2. Operational Precision Use appropriate documentation and utilization and / or labor tracking methods to account for time. Manage and prioritize your workload while keeping team members and management appropriately informed. Specific measurements include achieving the CPE team goals, time to resolution or escalation, enabling a response time similar to competitors, maintaining technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and new Azure technology training. 3. Training & Readiness Work with your manager, as appropriate to assess your own core competencies and identify current knowledge deficiencies /training needs, as well as potential future needs. Implement your development plan, actively seek development opportunities, and complete all scheduled training. Meet with your manager to assess and adjust the plan as needed to match mid- and long-term career plans. Make effective technical presentations, both internal and external.
