Collects and validates information from several input sources (E.g. FTE data, labor hours, Cycle time).Supports the preparation and execution of resource management reviews (e.g. blueprint revisions, norms reviews, Total Annual Plan)Performance ManagementSupports the preparation and execution of performance reviews, ensuring all information is consolidated and available on time. (Example: GOC OST ticket performance.)Supports analysis and calculations of performance metrics using multiple sources and datasets.Business Intelligence Analytics ReportingCreates and visualizes performance/trending/gap analysis/ad hoc reports.Can support stakeholders requests with dashboards/business intelligence solutions (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Spotfire)Process improvements / optimizationAnalyzes data related to performance indicators, identifies trends and bottle necks, and provides insights into opportunities for improvement.
