Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled NLP Generative AI Specialist to design and implement advanced language intelligence systems powered by LLMs and modern Generative AI architectures. This role focuses on building scalable AI solutions for multilingual text understanding, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and enterprise AI applications. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in deep learning frameworks, modern transformer architectures, and multilingual NLP systems, with hands-on experience developing production-grade GenAI pipelines and LLM-powered applications.

Responsibilities Lead the design and development of end-to-end data science projects, from business problem understanding to model deployment and monitoring.Collaborate with domain experts and cross-functional teams to translate business goals into goal-driven autonomous agent workflows.Design and implement robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance the performance of large language model (LLM) applications.Prototype and deploy multi-agent LLM systems for planning, reasoning, and task orchestration. Build and deploy machine learning models for use cases such as recommendation systems, NLP, time-series forecasting, and computer vision.

參與生成式AI、判別式AI和AI自動化等領域的專案開發，包括但不限於： 自然語言處理應用（例如文案生成、內容摘要）AI代理系統（例如自然語言處理、對話管理、任務執行等）機器學習模型開發與整合RPA和API自動化解決方案與團隊成員及其他部門協作，參與技術研討與方案設計，推動AI應用落地根據業務需求設計與實作大型語言模型（LLM）的微調與優化，以適應特定業務領域的需求參與AI模型的效能測試、除錯、效能優化和部署，確保模型在生產環境中穩定高效運行開發及整合各類API介面，實現AI系統與異質系統間無縫整合協助制定AI應用的最佳實踐和標準，推動公司內部的AI知識分享和培訓持續關注AI領域的最新發展，評估新技術的應用潛力，並提出創新的解決方案負責內部AI應用文化的建立，提升AI數位賦能

1. Utilize advanced algorithms and data mining techniques to build personalized recommendation systems, optimizing product and service recommendations to enhance user experience and improve business conversion rates.2. Conduct precise analysis of probability distributions in casino games, develop and validate mathematical models to ensure game fairness and risk control, supporting compliance operations and decision-making.3. Continuously explore and implement various applications of LLMs in business, from natural language processing to intelligent customer service and content generation, driving enterprises toward intelligent transformation.4. Work closely with various business units, leveraging data analysis and visualization tools to promote a data-driven decision-making culture, helping departments uncover insights from data and develop effective strategies.
