行政庶務
處理日常文書作業、文件歸檔與管理管理辦公室用品採購與庫存接待訪客、處理電話與郵件往來辦公環境維護管理
主管行政支援
協助 CEO 與 CTO 安排會議與行程處理中英文郵件往來協助聯繫國內外廠商與客戶會議記錄與後續事項追蹤
活動規劃執行
規劃與執行公司活動(春酒、員工旅遊、節慶活動等)活動預算控管與廠商聯繫
財務行政
協助處理報帳、發票與收據管理供應商付款流程協調
人事協助
新進員工報到流程協助員工出勤紀錄維護協助招募行政作業
其他
跨部門溝通協調主管交辦事項

Handle daily documentation, filing, and document management
Manage office supply procurement and inventory
Welcome office visitors, answer phone calls and manage email correspondence

Assist CEO and CTO with meeting and schedule coordination
Handle correspondence in both English and Chinese
Assist in communication with domestic and international vendors and clients
Meeting minutes and follow-up action item tracking
Event Planning Execution
Plan and execute company events (annual banquets, team outings, holiday celebrations, etc.)
Manage event budgets and vendor communications
