Internship in Procurement Service Department We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Purchasing Intern. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and valuable insights into the procurement processes within our organization. You will work closely with our purchasing team to support various tasks and projects, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Below is a detailed scope of work for the Purchasing Intern position: Supporting the conduction of the QMS process audit.Screening and sorting potential suppliers for specific commodities and sending Requests for Information/Proposals.Clarifying specifications and scope of work with business partners or requesting departments.Comparing quotations, analyzing, and negotiating with suppliers to improve price, payment terms, delivery, warranty conditions, and other benefits for the company.Collecting and transferring documents internally to support buyers and other departments.Recording minutes of meetings, preparing presentation files and sorting/extracting data for Excel reports based on instructions, and other tasks as required.Benefits: Working in a dynamic, international professional environment with supportive mentors.
