主要工作內容會場管理與流程維運主動維護會場環境，確保工作空間整潔有序管理會場用品、飲料、清潔物資庫存與採購觀察並優化行政流程，提高效率行政庶務與文件管理協助處理文件、資料整理、歸檔與更新收發信件、包裹與物流管理協助合約、表單或內部文件的編修或追蹤支援主管安排的行政專案來訪接待與內外部協作接待訪客、合作夥伴、應徵者，維持專業親切形象需要時協助會員 Check-in 與場館前台業務與跨部門協作，支援簡易行政需求簡易帳務與費用管理跨部門合作處理基本費用紀錄、報銷、發票與支出整理協助主管追蹤行政 / 營業支出與預算項目
