Daily Operation Capacity PlanningPrepare and process Purchase Orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved requisitions.Coordinate with Clients and cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Finance, Business Development) to secure timely and complete order fulfillment.Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and stock allocation to support smooth daily operations.Support ad-hoc operational requests from Clients.Client Relationship ManagementAct as the main point of contact with Clients; build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships.Identify and address potential issues early.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational problems and ensure client satisfaction.Ensure timely resolution of any concerns related to SBS performance.

Own the end-to-end BPO performance management framework, including conducting formal performance review sessions with BPO leadership.Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and the BPO management team, ensuring alignment on priorities, escalations, and process changes.Lead cost management activities including budget planning, invoice validation, cost variance analysis, and identifying cost optimization opportunities.Manage BPO capacity and utilization planning to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained in line with business demand and efficiency targets.Drive governance mechanisms such as weekly/monthly business reviews, SLA enforcement, and contractual compliance with the BPO vendor.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into operational changes at the BPO level and oversee implementation.Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BPO efficiency, quality, and customer experience outcomes.Produce volume forecasts on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis to support staffing planning

We are seeking a bilingual Finance Operations Executive to join our Corporate Operations team in Taipei. This is a dual-market role with a strategic scope. Japan (Critical): You will act as the primary financial operator for our Japan market, ensuring smooth settlements and compliance with local regulations.Taiwan (Home Base): You will support our HQ operations in Taiwan, handling local reconciliation tasks and process optimization. You will play a key role in the Finance Operations team of Corporate Operations, ensuring cross-border financial processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant. Key Responsibilities 1.
