As a key member of our team, you will lead SAP system integration and optimization across core modules (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM) and collaborate with our headquarters in the Netherlands to deliver high-impact solutions for manufacturing excellence.Role and responsibilitiesAct as the primary coordinator for SAP-related projects, focusing on MM, SD, PP, and WM/EWM modules.Support SAP, MES and all other enterprise level applications integration to enable smart factory operations.Analyze business requirements, design As-Is / To-Be processes, and identify improvement gaps.Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).Communicate project status and vision clearly to stakeholders and global teams.Represent the project team in global workshops and influence process design decisions.Education and experienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related fields.5+ years of hands-on ERP experience, including SAP (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM modules) or Oracle applications.Experience in smart manufacturing or factory operations; MES knowledge is a strong plus.Proven track record in project management and cross-functional collaboration.SkillsStrong SAP functional expertise and ability to integrate with MES systems.Programing skills (for example: VBA, C#, python etc.) Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for creating dashboards and actionable insights is also highly valued.Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills for global collaboration.Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.Opportunity to work on global digital transformation projects with direct interaction with HQ in the Netherlands. You are an integral part of the SSP Northeast Asia staff and represent the operational performance of the suppliers. Additionally you are the sparring partner for the staff team in process improvement. Together with the Global Supplier Operations management team, you create, enrich and execute the vision to further optimize local operations in all locations and drive global standardization regardless of ERP system.Your goal is to align the teams support to the stakeholders within the SSP clusters, Supplier Collaboration and our regional teams. Additionally you are the bridge to the factory planning teams for material availability. Together with the clusters you drive material availability and supplier escalations and with the Group Sourcing manager you drive the cost down through Cost of Goods negotiations by your team, through driving efficiency in the supply chain and improved ordering processes.You represent the voice of operations in the regional staff and secure the required support for the teams to be successful. Furthermore, you take ownership as SSP NEA staff-member and drive results beyond the scope of your team.Your team enables material availability from our suppliers at the right quality and cost for our factory and field customers.
