工作使命EUV 客戶服務(CS)技術員負責在客戶現場執行 EUV 量產機的維修、故障排除、升級與例行保養(PM),確保系統可用率、良率與安全合規,並提供即時的狀態回報與知識傳遞。工作說明CS 組織於客戶現場執行 ASML 系統的驗證、維修、硬體更換及安裝,並確保必要知識轉移。在指示範圍內工作、能處理常見例外並於類似情境做出合宜判斷。與資深工程師/ 主管確認優先順序與計畫,於有限監督下完成程序並檢查結果。參與回饋流程與持續改進活動(CI)。工作內容(Service action + Regular PM)A.
