OVERALL MISSION / PURPOSE Job scope includes both program management and process improvement. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and to launch products on time, on budget and to the specification. Also comply with continuity of supply, service capability, sales volumes/financials and customer experience. KEY RESULTS AREAS / DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES TIME SPENT ON THE DUTY 1. Generate program plan, development schedule and master build plan • Generate master schedule planning which aligns with requested milestones considering leadtime of each task • Drive ECO, BOM loading, materials/tooling availability, factory build and samples delivery to align with customer demand • Conduct Phase/Gate Exit Review Meetings and track sign-off completion of exit checklists 2. Responsible for development of new programs and Engineering product reviews • Govern new product development deliverables against plan with quality • Facilitate customer conference calls during product development 3. Working closely with team and upper management • Assist other Program Managers and Engineering Coordinators to meet department goals/objectives • Work closely with operations, core teams to meet corporate goals/objectives 4. Accountability with high energy level and stress tolerance • Ability to cope with a hectic schedule, unrelenting pressure, and difficult situations • Composed and calm under stress, problem-focused, confident and decisive 5. Knowledge • At least 7 years work experience in program management, design, manufacturing or materials functions of power supply • Technical knowledge with strong understanding of design engineering tools in power supply or server, switch, storage systems • Strong understanding of new products development cycle • Graduate of any Engineering course • General understanding of continued improvement 2. 工作內容: 撰寫產品規格 撰寫詳細的產品需求規格書(PRD) 建立並維護產品功能清單與優先級排序機制 跨部門協作與溝通 協調產品經理、設計師、前後端工程師、QA、DevOps 等角色,推進專案。 作為 PM 與工程/產品團隊之間的橋樑,確保資訊一致。 敏捷開發導入與管理 熟悉 Scrum/Kanban 流程,進行 Sprint 計劃與每日站會。 負責 Jira/Trello/Notion 等工具維運與使用規範建立。 品質與交付監控 確保版本發布準時並符合品質標準。 管理 UAT、Beta 測試或上線流程。 必要條件: 2 年以上軟體開發專案管理經驗(需熟悉技術團隊運作流程) 能獨立規劃時程表與撰寫專案文件(專案計劃書、需求規格等) 熟悉 Agile/Scrum 方法論,並具實際導入經驗 優秀的溝通、協調與抗壓能力 熟悉至少一款專案管理工具(如 Jira、ClickUp、Asana、Notion) 加分條件: 有工程背景(前端/後端/QA/DevOps)或曾與技術團隊密切合作 有 B2B SaaS、Fintech、遊戲、電商、媒體等軟體開發產業經驗 具備AI協作能力,能運用AI工具提升規格書撰寫效率與品質 有產品開發相關經驗(包含Vibe coding)或能理解 API、版本控制、部署流程等技術概念 PMP、Scrum Master 認證 熟悉 CI/CD、測試流程、雲平台(AWS、GCP、Azure)等概念 【學歷要求】 資訊工程、資管、商業管理、數位科技或相關領域大學以上畢業 【語言要求】 中文精通,英文讀寫能力佳(可讀技術文件或跨國溝通尤佳)
