We are seeking an analytical and strategic Senior Paid Ads Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising performance across the Japanese market. This role will be instrumental in driving data-informed paid media decision-making, maximizing acquisition ROI, and enhancing our competitive position through scalable trader acquisition via paid channels.This role supports our Japanese market operations. It does not provide financial products or services in Taiwan. Key Responsibilities Design and implement performance measurement frameworks specifically for paid advertising channels (Search, Social, Display, Video, Affiliate) Analyse trader acquisition and activation metrics driven by paid media to identify optimisation opportunities Forecast campaign performance, CAC, and LTV using historical paid media and conversion data Lead A/B testing initiatives across ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and conversion funnels Optimise paid marketing budget allocation across channels based on ROI, CAC, and LTV analysis Monitor post-acquisition performance signals (activation, early trading behaviour) to assess the quality of paid traffic Conduct competitive analysis focused on paid advertising strategies and media presence within the Japanese forex industry Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, marketing, product, and technology teams Ensure all paid advertising activities comply with in-country regulations, advertising guidelines, and platform policies

As a Marketing Intern based in Singapore, you are responsible for assisting in a range of marketing initiatives targeting at Enterprises, Commercial accounts and SMB. You will play a crucial role in :1. Social Media Marketing Support for Global Emerging Markets (GEM)Will gain exposure to social selling strategies tacticsYour Social Media duties include supporting the GEM team to develop and implement outreach and promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase revenue. The duties and responsibilities include:Assist on influencer campaign and social selling strategyAssist with the design and execution of social media campaignsCreate and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media Create social media posting schedules and writing captions for social media posts.Track social media engagement to identify high-performing themes and campaigns for scalabilityRespond to comments and DMs on social media platformsBrainstorm and research ideas for original contentCreate compelling graphics to share across social channelsWrite social media captions that speak to the company’s target audienceHelp create and edit short-form videosDevelop new strategies for increasing engagementAssist with photo/video content shootsEnsure brand message is consistentTrack analytics, monitor and analyze key performance metrics for social media campaigns2. Campaign Content Support for South-East Asia marketsAssist in planning and executing regional digital campaigns (e.g. email, social, paid media). Will be guided through the thought process to develop strategic thinking skills. Support initiatives to accelerate the funnel and personalize messaging.                                           Will learn how to approach campaign strategy and audience segmentation. Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop engaging collateral, case studies, and social assets.                                                                                                                                               Will gain exposure to briefing designers and using tools like Knak. Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with actionable insights.                          Will be coached on analyzing results and translating them into recommendations.3. Cross-Functional Exposure Will gain exposure in collaborating in cross-functional teamsParticipate in sales and marketing alignment meetings to understand pipeline goals and campaign impact.Shadow and assist with internal presentation sessions.Take ownership of small ad-hoc projects with potential to grow into larger initiatives.4. Operational Administrative Support Will develop critical thinking, data interpretation and problem solving skillsAssist in campaign scheduling, email sends, and database uploads.Pull and track results for campaign reporting.The ideal candidate brings an understanding of social media marketing, campaign design and creation as well as possess analytical skills to support the team in campaign reporting. Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:A good understanding of major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn), their unique features, and the types of content that perform best on each. This includes proficiency with scheduling and management tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Engaging personality with a can-do attitude.Experience in planning and running digital campaigns.
