Build and run a weekly and monthly content calendar aligned to ZB’s product roadmap, events, partnerships, and market narratives.Translate complex technical topics into clear, credible posts for decision makers, while maintaining technical accuracy.Own end-to-end post production: briefing, drafting, editing, design coordination, publishing, and repurposing.Maintain a consistent brand voice across English and Mandarin. Ensure tone matches platform expectations and audience maturity.Platform Management and Community Engagement
Manage publishing and optimization across LinkedIn, X, and other priority channels (as defined by ZB strategy).Engage with followers and relevant communities professionally. Respond, route inbound messages, and support relationship building.Coordinate executive social: ghostwriting, review cycles, and posting cadence for leadership accounts where applicable.Maintain content hygiene: pinned posts, highlights, bio updates, link management, and platform policy compliance.Campaigns, Launches, and Event Support
Support product launches, partnership announcements, and event campaigns with clear messaging frameworks and content sequences.Coordinate with BD to turn webinars, decks, and customer conversations into social content that drives inbound interest.Plan and manage event-related social execution: pre-event teasers, live updates, and post-event recap content.Analytics and Continuous Improvement
Own KPI tracking: follower quality, engagement rate, clicks, lead signals, and content performance by theme.Run content experiments and iterate based on results. Maintain a learning log of what works and why.Partner with growth team to align social content with paid amplification when relevant.Operational Excellence
Build a reusable content library: approved visuals, templates, case study snippets, product screenshots, and writing guidelines.Maintain an approval workflow that is fast, structured, and avoids last-minute chaos.Ensure confidentiality and compliance. Protect sensitive commercial terms, customer names, and internal discussions.
