About the Role As Digital Marketing Specialist at AIFIAN, you’ll be our eyes and ears on social media, identifying viral moments, engaging with online communities, and creating content that sparks conversations. Supporting both organic and paid marketing efforts, you’ll produce short-form videos, compelling copy, and dynamic content that strengthen our brand presence. This role goes beyond posting and scheduling—we’re looking for someone who’s deeply connected to digital culture, quick to spot trends, and eager to experiment with new ideas. What You'll Do Monitor trending topics, viral content, and online communities to find creative ways to engage. Create and publish engaging content for social media, email marketing, and paid digital campaigns — crafting compelling copy and messaging. Engage directly with users, fostering conversations and amplifying user-generated content. Produce short-form videos (e.g., IG Reels, live streams) to boost brand engagement. Assist in managing AIFIAN’s content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content across platforms. Track engagement and performance trends, supporting the team with insights to refine content strategies.
