Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Consultation (Telesales)
Call leads who have completed tests, shown interest, or requested support.Understand learner needs and recommend the most suitable heads up courses.Guide learners through pricing, packages, and purchasing steps.Achieve daily and monthly telesales KPIs (call attempts, connected calls, conversions).
2. Chat-Based Support and Conversion
Respond quickly and professionally to learner inquiries via LINE, website chat, and social channels.Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and purchasing instructions.Ensure high-quality interaction that builds trust and nudges learners toward purchase.Convert leads in chat to paid users through persuasive communication and follow-up.
3. Lead Management Follow-Up
Track and update learner status accurately in CRM systems.Conduct structured follow-up with warm leads using scripts and best practices.Maintain clean data logs to support reporting and performance analysis.
4. Customer Experience Service Quality
Provide clear and empathetic communication to learners at all stages.Identify learner pain points and escalate issues to relevant teams if needed.Ensure every interaction meets Prep Edu’s service standards.Benefits
