Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing end-to-end partnerships.

Understanding of online advertising (i.e., ad serving, networks, and key platforms) and trends (i.e., desktop, mobile, video, news, publishing and broadcasting industry).

Manage creators and companies.
Empower partners achieve their goals by providing consultative support across various topics including content strategy, branding and business skills, monetization, YouTube product features, etc.
Design and execute communication strategies with partners, engaging them effectively through various formats ranging from 1:1 calls to 1:150 scaled workshops to maximize the impact.
Pitch and support adoption of product features such as shopping, brand promotions, etc. that are YouTube organization's priority, and serve towards partner's channel growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on market development initiatives including GTM, Partner support, Engineering, Marketing, Product, PR, etc.
