To support the leasing and retail development team by driving marketing strategies, brand positioning, and promotional activities to enhance visibility, tenant attraction, and footfall for EcoWorld’s commercial projects.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for retail developments, including digital, social media, print, and on-ground activations.Collaborate with the leasing team to create marketing materials, proposals, and promotional content to attract quality tenants.Coordinate and support tenant launch events, signing ceremonies, and community engagement initiatives.Track market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to support targeted marketing strategies.Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, and internal departments to ensure cohesive branding and timely delivery of marketing collaterals.Maintain and update promotional tools such as brochures, tenant mix presentations, signage, and project websites.Prepare marketing reports and presentations for internal and stakeholder use.
