We are looking for our first QA Engineer to join the team. This is a 0-to-1 role where you will define how quality is built, measured, and protected across our platform. As a Fintech product where accuracy directly impacts user assets, we are looking for a QA Engineer who can work independently, identify risks early, and make pragmatic quality decisions while moving at startup speed. We value candidates who are AI-native, using AI responsibly to increase testing depth and efficiency without compromising security. - Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Framework Strategy (0 → 1) Establish QA processes from scratch, including requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, and acceptance criteria. Define release quality gates and support go/no-go decisions with clear risk assessments. 2. Risk-Based End-to-End Testing Prioritize testing based on business impact, asset risk, and failure probability. Validate end-to-end user flows across services, wallets, and external dependencies. 3. Manual to Automation Evolution Perform thorough manual testing in early stages, focusing on core logic and critical paths. Design a practical roadmap for test automation as the product and architecture stabilize. 4. Static Testing Cross-Functional Collaboration Review PRDs, specs, and designs early with PMs and Developers to identify logical gaps before implementation.
