ROLE OVERVIEW As a Backend Engineer at Arches, you will collaborate closely with two senior engineers to develop and continuously improve our internal systems that support core business operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, test, and operate Ruby on Rails applications for internal systems.Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (eg, JWT).Build, document, and maintain RESTful APIs.Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL databases using ActiveRecord and raw SQL.Support application development, deployment, and operations using Docker and AWS.
