Splashtop Inc. is a rising star in remote access/remote support industry. Our backend system is hosted on AWS and GCP and it serves 500K+ active users, 2M+ online endpoints. The average API is around 2K+ qps. We are looking for Senior (3+ years) frontend developers who are SMART, EASY-GOING and good at TEAMWORK. As frontend developeryou will focus on one or two of below: Integrateefficient and reusable front-end modules into complex technical products.EvolveUI components toward our owndesign system for other developers to build upon.Optimize asynchronous functionalities andresponsiveness with backend APIs.Utilizetoolsets to enhance UX/A11y with dynamic and localized content.Automate and visualizethe process of development, test plans included.

1.Monthly review F/G inventory, WIP inventory, MPS and production plan of the following month including production loading evaluation in AP production line, AI/SMD machine capacity, burn in fixture and etc. Plus supporting plants capacity to assure capacity availability. 2.BI-weekly maintain MPS/Production loading and coordinate with production to get the best planning result. 3.Week review sales attainments, On time delivery ,Fast Delivery, Inventory Aging of F/G, Shipment plan, Customer P/O status, Hub F/G inventory, Cancellation status, Work order status, New project status and take appropriate action to achieve both weekly and monthly target. 4.Daily review down time, production input/output, recover plan with each section in order to react to the problem at promptly. 5.Daily review on the material shortage list and conduct cross training, information transfer and decide the right direction to assure smooth operation among each section and department.
