You’ll lead that journey—starting in React Native, ending with Swift. What You'll Do Lead and grow our first in-house iOS team. Own the migration plan: break down React Native features, map them to Swift, and ship in staged releases. Set the technical direction for everything mobile—architecture, code quality, tooling, CI/CD, and testing. Collaborate daily with product and design to turn requirements into polished features. Maintain the existing React Native app until parity is reached, keeping crash-free rates and performance top tier. Mentor engineers through code reviews and shared learning sessions.
