An university recruiter is responsible to develop and implement university programs to enhance Micron talent branding and visibility on campus while exploring and maintaining the relationship with universities and their faculties. You will be encouraged to bring out ideas to either improve current process and to plan hiring events which align our hiring strategy in order to meet the hiring goal. The responsibilities include: Lead initiatives or develop significant and innovative ways to strategically build up talent pipeline and hiring programs for interns and freshers Develop and maintain relations with target universities and partner with various vendors Partner with senior leaders and HR business partners to align hiring strategies with business direction and develop influence to reach company hiring objectives.
