Your ability to build relationships and influence others will be crucial to success.Key QualificationsFor consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:Education Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Industrial/Product Design or a closely related field, coupled with 7 years of experience in industrial design, including a proven track record of leading and mentoring design teams.Technical proficiency: Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks) and rendering tools (e.g., Keyshot). Experience with hands-on model making and prototyping is a plus.Communication mastery: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely. English fluency is a must.Leadership qualities: A passion for mentoring and developing others, along with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve shared goals.Deep understanding: Well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques, with a solid grasp of the latest consumer electronics technologies and manufacturing processes.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing consumer electronics or workspace peripherals.Familiarity with global design trends and consumer preferences, particularly AsiaA strong portfolio showcasing innovative, commercially relevant product designs.Ability to translate and communicate design ideas through inspiring and compelling storytelling.Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
