Job IntroCake is building a dedicated SaaS sales team and is hiring a Business Development Representative, SaaS to accelerate the growth of our SaaS platform and ATS product lines.
We are looking for someone with a strong track record in B2B SaaS sales, the ability to lead conversations with precision, and influence communication style.
Responsibilities
You'll be working closely with the regional CustomerSuccess team toachieve our global mission - building the largest talent pool in APAC.Drive end-to-end sales for Cake For Employers and other SaaS products, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing.Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to support renewals, upsells, and product adoption.Partner with marketing and lead generation teams to support SaaS growth initiatives.Understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and build strong long-term client relationships.Contribute to sales strategy building and help establish repeatable SaaS sales processes.Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver reliable sales forecasting.
