Providing sales forecast and meet sales target. Conducting regular customer visits and building up strong customer relationships to have first-hand information about installed base, competitor trend, overhaul schedule, maintenance budget and buying processes…etc. Being able to identify customers’ pain points and offer counter solution by stressing Alfa Laval’s unique selling points and follow up; including complex quotations and advanced technical support (sizing and energy saving calculation) B

Handle regular inquiries and reply customer on time. Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer. Communicate and coordinate with customers to confirm demand. Nurture Market Qualified Leads and convert them to orders. Develop and actively follow up complex and value quotes. Promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist at IEG Global Association.
