Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Transformation Execution Define and lead the finance transformation strategy to support business growth and evolving finance capabilities. Lead large, cross-functional transformation programs across finance and technology teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful execution. Establish transformation governance, standard operating models, and performance metrics to measure success. Technology Implementation Systems Enablement Drive enterprise system implementations, enhancements, and maintenance — including large cloud business systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Salesforce, HR Tech platforms, FPA systems).
