What this role owns: Hands-on security for mobile apps and web services. You run penetration tests, review source code, build threat models, and produce actionable fixes that engineers can implement. You also create standards, automate tests in CI, and run training for engineering teams. Experience with core data science techniques. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including data warehouse technical architectures, infrastructure components, Extract, Transform, Load/Extract, Load, Transform (ETL/ELT) and reporting/analytic tools and environments. Knowledge of cloud computing, including virtualization, hosted services, multi-tenant cloud infrastructures, storage systems, and content delivery networks.
