Content Strategy DevelopmentDevelop content ideas aligned with brand positioning and business goals.Produce high-quality written content for Website (SEO-oriented), Facebook, and TikTok.Create short-form video concepts and support scripting, filming, and editing.Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual direction across channels.Experiment with new formats and continuously optimize based on performance.Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, ideation, and content refinement.Research Insight AnalysisResearch market trends, competitors, and audience behavior.Identify content opportunities based on data and industry insights.Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions).Cross-Team Collaboration Project ExecutionWork closely with Design, BD and other departments to execute marketing campaigns.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic input.Support project coordination to ensure smooth campaign execution. 
Proactively engage with potential and existing sellers to pitch the value and benefits of Shopee Fulfillment Services (FBS) and engage sellers to join the FBS program;Address seller concerns and feedback with clarity to ensure successful sign-ups, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience;Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge to provide accurate and consultative support to sellers;Other tasks as assigned. 
Support Business Development Marketing team to generate promotion programs:Voucher: platform voucher, seller voucher, free shipping voucher, and other types of vouchersPricetag: product promotions, flash sale, bundle deals, add-on deals, and other types of pricetagsEnsure confidentiality of all information during the process;Identify loopholes or false information in the requests and cancel them from further processing;Coordinate with other teams to validate the information on requirements;Monitoring urgent request queues on working shifts and executing the request accordingly;Brainstorming with the team leader to solve voucher/pricetag issues and improve the process;Provide the necessary information for the Customer Service team to resolve user-reported issues and ensure a good user experience;Work on shift or follow by Team Lead arrange;Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned.

Driver Operations Performance System Management Monitor and evaluate driver operations performance through dashboards and operational tools Identify performance gaps and lead actions to improve key operational metrics Coordinate and adjust operational plans based on demand fluctuations, system updates, or external factors 2. Supply Planning Field Operations Coordination Manage driver supply allocation across areas and time slots to ensure optimal coverage Work closely with field teams to execute operational plans and maintain stable supply during peak periods Oversee driver activity and ensure alignment with operational strategies 3. Compliance Operational Quality Control Ensure driver operations follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards Monitor and handle violations, and propose improvements to enhance compliance processes Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain and improve service quality 4. Data Analysis Operational Insights Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement Generate insights and recommend initiatives to optimize driver performance and experience Support evaluation of new policies, system changes, and operational strategies 5. Reporting Stakeholder Management Prepare and present regular operational reports with key insights and action plans Proactively identify risks and escalate issues that may impact supply-demand balance Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, CS, etc.) to drive improvements
Manage third-party vendors, including sourcing, negotiation, contract drafting, and onboarding.Monitor vendor performance and prepare periodic reports (1–2 times/month).Handle acceptance reports, payment documents, and coordinate with Finance for accurate and timely payments.Manage payment documentation for paid channels (SIM, SMS, ZNS).Support monthly driver recruitment incentive programs (including documentation, participant list consolidation, and approval processes).Create PR/PO, track approvals, and ensure timely payouts.Maintain proper documentation and internal records.Support recruitment operations (e.g., sourcing, application review) and collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc tasks.

Livestream Operation ExecutionCoordinate, and execute marathon livestreams featuring Tier-1 KOLs and celebrities.Facilitate seamless communication with MCNs to ensure content quality, smooth operations, and high audience engagement.Standby during livestream support lead to take action promptly to optimize real time performanceSupport in compiling performance reports and suggesting areas for improvement2. Stakeholder Partnerships: Support to build and maintain collaborative relationships with MCNs, supporting mutual growth and brand alignment.Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align livestream initiatives with platform campaigns and business priorities 3. Ad-hoc task:  assist the Line Manager on strategic initiatives and research related to KOLs, MCNs, or livestream trends
