As a Senior Business Operations Executive, you will be the central hub and a key driver for our Offline Payment operations. Your role is multi-faceted, encompassing everything from onboarding new merchants and managing contracts to resolving complex operational issues and optimizing equipment logistics. You will work cross-functionally with the Business Development, Legal, Accounting and Finance, and other teams to ensure our processes are efficient and our merchants receive the best possible service.
