As a Senior Business Operations Executive, you will be the central hub and a key driver for our Offline Payment operations. Your role is multi-faceted, encompassing everything from onboarding new merchants and managing contracts to resolving complex operational issues and optimizing equipment logistics. You will work cross-functionally with the Business Development, Legal, Accounting and Finance, and other teams to ensure our processes are efficient and our merchants receive the best possible service. This position is critical for maintaining operational excellence and supporting the rapid growth of MoMo's offline payment network.Mô tả công việcService Onboarding OperationsLead the onboarding process for new merchants, including payment services and other related services, by collaborating closely with the Business Development team to ensure a swift and compliant procedure.Handle and resolve complex, multi-faceted inquiries and incidents from merchants to ensure stable and seamless payment operations, guaranteeing the best experience for both end-users and merchants.Collect and deeply analyze feedback and operational data from merchants to coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering) for continuous improvement of processes and product quality.Paperwork Contract ProcessingOrchestrate the end-to-end paperwork and contract process with internal departments such as Legal, Accounting and Finance, Risk Management,….Draft documents based on existing templates or create new ones as required.Administration Equipment ManagementHandle general administrative tasks to support the business unit's operations.Collaborate with the Procurement department to produce Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and handle other related requests.Manage the entire asset lifecycle: responsible for the allocation, retrieval, and inventory tracking (import/export/stock) of payment devices and POSM.Improvement ReportingProactively identify opportunities, propose solutions, and lead end-to-end projects to improve and automate work processes to enhance performance.Develop, deliver, and provide strategic insights on periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to leadership as requestedPerform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.Yêu cầu công việcQualifications ExperienceBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in payment operations within a bank, e-wallet, or Fintech company is highly desirable.Hard SkillsProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools (Google Docs, Sheets).Basic English proficiency for reading documents and communication.Data analysis and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of and agility in applying AI tools to optimize work is a significant advantage.Soft Skills Personal AttributesMindset Attitude:Strategic and results-oriented mindset; proactive in seeking solutions to improve efficiency.Problem-solving mindset and a fast learner, especially regarding technical aspects and payment products.Resilient and adaptable; able to withstand high pressure in a fast-paced work environment.Interpersonal Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.Strong teamwork spirit and proven ability to mentor or coach others.Personal Qualities:Detail-oriented, meticulous, with strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility.Honest and enthusiastic.
