Cross-Regional Strategic Business Development• Market Identification Tracking: Identify and proactively track TW CN companies planning manufacturing expansions in India, with a specific focus on the electronics, semiconductors, or AI server supply chain.• Pipeline Management: Establish and manage a robust pipeline of cross-regional projects (TW CN HQ + India), ensuring consistent tracking, analysis, and updates to internal stakeholders.• Regional Team Enablement: Support the India regional teams by coordinating high-level, HQ-based engagement to effectively unlock and transfer overseas project opportunities.2. Solution Promotion Strategic HQ Engagement• End-to-End Solution Promotion: Proactively promote Delta's full portfolio of end-to-end solutions to target customers: Smart Manufacturing / Industrial Automation Data Center Infrastructure Power Supply Energy Infrastructure• Decision Influence: Drive Early Engagement and strategically influence customer HQ decision-making to adopt Delta as the Preferred Partner for their large-scale India investment projects.3. Industry Ecosystem Building Value Chain Penetration• Strategic Partnership: Identify and build strategic collaboration opportunities with End Users, Design Institutes, General Contractors (GCs), EPCs, System Integrators (SIs), and OEM equipment suppliers that participate in TW CN customers' India factory investment projects.• Value Chain Mapping: Map the full project value chain---from solution definition at the headquarters/end-user level to execution via GCs/SIs/OEMs---and embed Delta's presence and influence throughout each critical stage.• Network Management: Collaborate with internal Solution Business Units (BUs) and the India regional team to co-develop and manage an external ECO partner network, categorized by solution segment.4.
