Minimum qualifications: 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). 1.5 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., technical leadership or people management, supervision, or team leadership). 1 year of experience building tools that improve development velocity, code quality, or code health. Preferred qualifications: Experience integrating with HR, data, and large-scale integrations pipelines.
