System Administration:
Administer and maintain both 3rd
party software (Membership Management, Omnichannel CRM and Customer Service, E-Mail Marketing software, Payment Gateway, Accounting, etc) and In-House Software (e.g. Member Portal, Repair & Maintenance Ticketing System, Asset Management, etc)
Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and functioning correctly.
Project & Budget Management:
Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
Plan and manage yearly, quarterly and monthly effectively and efficiently
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Ensure the security and integrity of the gym’s IT infrastructure.
Manage network servers and technology tools.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to staff and members, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization.
Cybersecurity Management:
Implement and monitor security measures to protect against cyber threats.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
Training and Development of IT knowledge:
Train staff on new technologies and software applications, including making / revising SOPs, Guidelines, One-Pager guides, FAQs and conducting socialization of knowledge to the whole organization
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the gym remains at the forefront of IT advancements.
Lead, build and grow a team of IT team
Prepare regular reports and progress/performance tracker for Management
Contribute to building a positive working culture of integrity, professionalism, collaboration and growth mindset
Partner with C-Levels and other Heads of Department for strategic corporate initiatives
