About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Advertising Operations Specialist to build the next-generation global advertising monetization system for P2P tool products. This role will lead the strategic design and revenue optimization of the advertising ecosystem for products like BitTorrent/uTorrent, creating high-yield, low-interference commercialization solutions. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement global advertising monetization systems and revenue growth strategies, establishing data-driven decision-making mechanisms.Lead the integration, deployment, performance optimization, and stability assurance of advertising platforms (e.g., AdMob/AdManager) and SDKs.Drive upgrades to advertising technology architecture, focusing on programmatic bidding (Header Bidding) and hybrid waterfall architectures.Design advertising resource allocation strategies in distributed network environments, balancing user experience and monetization efficiency.Explore new technologies for advertising monetization in tool products and implement scalable solutions through A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop operational platforms while participating in infrastructure optimization initiatives.Build and maintain Kubernetes production environments.Participate in daily system operations and maintenance.Analyze service architecture, identify potential issues, and develop optimization solutions to improve system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Familiar with blockchain technology and Solidity smart contract language, with actual project development experience. 2. Participate in the design, development, testing and deployment of smart contracts. 3. Responsible for the optimisation and performance improvement of the smart contract system. 4. Research and track the latest technology and development trend of smart contracts. 5. Audit the smart contract code to ensure the contract is secure and free from potential risks and vulnerabilities.
