Develop a measurement readiness or foundations road map for your team that aligns with business strategy and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Establish project goals, align a person's expectations, coordinate resources, and provide technical leadership in-line with the objectives. Provide investigative thought leadership in the areas of Measurement through proactive contributions. Influence stakeholders through presentations and written communication. Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to increase and optimize capabilities of the measurement team, employing methods which create opportunities for scale, and help to motivate innovation.
