As a Senior Product Executive of Online Payment Services, you will help crafting new improved experience that shaping how million of users making online payments today. Identify emotional friction points and convert them into trust‑building or joyful moments.Data‑Driven: Track and analyze how clarity, tone, and UX adjustments affect key metrics, running through user funnels. Use behavioral insights to guide design choices.Experience Simplification: Translate complex payment logic into intuitive flows and clear micro‑copy. As a Product Team Lead for Soundbox, you will help shape the future of how SMEs operate daily — from payment acceptance, order management, to building a more digital and efficient, merchant network.We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Product Executive / Product Team Lead to lead and scale MoMo’s Soundbox product line.You will own both software and hardware scopes, working closely with Product, Engineering, Hardware Partners, Operations, Sales, and E-commerce teams to deliver seamless merchant experiences and strong business outcomes. You will be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle including research, roadmap planning, feature execution, go-to-market, and cross-functional alignment.Mô tả công việc1. Product Ownership – Hardware + SoftwareOwn the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for Soundbox hardware and its supporting software ecosystem server.Collaborate with hardware partners on device specs, firmware improvements, quality standards, and cost optimization.Work with Engineering to develop and improve in-app/on-web flows for Soundbox ordering, activation, onboarding, and device management.2. Build Scale Online E-commerce for SoundboxLead the development of a full-stack online E-commerce system to sell Soundbox across MoMo channels.Define user flows, UX, pricing, promotions, and conversion funnels for the online store.Collaborate with Growth Marketing, teams to scale reach and streamline the purchase experience.3. Operations, Logistics After-SalesDesign and improve operational products including order fulfillment, activation, replacement, and warranty flows.Partner with the Operations, CS, and Logistics teams to build product ensuring merchant satisfaction.4. Insights, Research PerformanceConduct merchant research, usability studies, and competitor benchmarking to inform product decisions.Track key metrics to improve productIdentify issues and opportunities, proposing clear action plans for growth and optimization.Yêu cầu công việcBachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics or any related field (required).4+ years of leading/managing experience in positions related to product owner, or software producer;Strong product development acumen: ability to uncover deep user insights, identify and frame core problems, apply JTBD thinking, and translate findings into clear, actionable product requirements.Excellent planning skills with vivid product vision/ clear roadmap;Good documentation and presentation skills;Deep understanding of business model(s) in any field related to cashless payment, eCommerce, SaaS, and B2B solutions is a plus;Have experience with Hardware development like POS is a plus.Data-driven, able to make use of raw data, data charts/dashboards, and funnels to get proper insights;Technical knowledge is a plus;Languages: native Vietnamese, fluent English.
