This holder of position is thespecialist for all brush/ brushless projects in Asia. Candidate need to drive boththe customer and the production team in China to achieve customized motionsolutions. Key Responsibilities/Tasks: Collaborate globally with teams (product/quality/purchasing, etc.) and work closely with suppliers in motor development.Ensure adherence to development schedules in order to meet customer build requirements.Maintain motor drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).Assemble prototypes and create test plans.Assist in identifying product quality issues and offer solutions to resolve them.
