Buzz It brings an end-to-end solution from developing the front end, building specific loyalty programs, to integrating systems and delivering Got It gifts and Scan It campaigns. II. What you need to do Front Office Reception Duties Serve as the main contact point for general inquiries from internal employees and external visitors:Greet and welcome guests/clients/candidates in a professional and friendly manner;Manage visitor registration, access cards, and direct them to the appropriate person/meeting room; Manage daily incoming/outgoing correspondence, parcels and delivery services; ensure proper recording and distribution; Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms and common areas to always ensure a clean and organized appearance; Support meeting arrangements: check calendar, book rooms, prepare refreshments and ensure necessary stationery is in order; Office Administration Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry items; keep updated on stock and purchase requests when needed; Coordinate with vendors and service suppliers for office maintenance, cleaning, equipment repair, delivery and other administrative services; Keep track of office admin expenses, update reports and coordinate with the other departments for timely submission and payment; Make the arrangements for the business trip, travel, and accommodation; Assist in maintaining and updating contact lists of employees, vendors and service contracts; Other Internal Activities Provide logistical and administrative support for internal activities, such as employee birthdays/rewards, company gatherings, special events (General Meeting, Year-end Party, etc.); Support with onboarding logistics for newcomers (workstation set up, welcome materials, parking cards, etc.); Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager. III. What you should have At least 1+ years of experience in a relevant position, open to a fresher with a good learning attitude is welcome; Can-do attitude with teamwork spirit; Good at MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook); Customer-service mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively; Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills; Good command of English is a big plus.
