We're especially looking for someone who actively integrates AI tools into their design process and has direct experience with rebranding and scaling design systems. ▶日商二手精品收購企業 招募行銷企劃人員 【職務內容】 1. 規劃與執行公司及集團品牌形象相關之平面與數位設計。2.使用 Adobe Creative Suite（Illustrator／Photoshop／Premiere 等） 製作各類宣傳素材（海報、活動視覺、社群內容、簡報模板等）。3.拍攝及剪輯門市、活動、產品素材，製作用於社群媒體與廣告推廣之內容。4.社群平台（Facebook／Instagram等）的操作與經營管理，包含貼文企劃、內容排程與互動回覆。5.依據品牌與行銷策略，製作視覺主題提案並執行落地設計。6.與公關、行銷及外部廠商合作，進行設計時程與品質管理。7.參與品牌或活動專案的視覺統籌，確保整體風格一致與專業呈現。

工作職責： 1.負責專案相關的效果落地，把控效果品質，針對項目需求提供使用者喜好提供對應設計內容。 2.負責新專案相關設計輸出及落地，需符合本地審美及文化背景 3.參與專案的創意腦暴及策劃，善於通過分析與洞察，精准抓取當地使用者對照片圖像素材使用的趨勢風向 職位要求： 1.具有扎實的美術繪畫功底，有豐富的想像力，能適應各種畫風，可以根據專案的要求確定插畫風格並繪製；熟悉掌握：PS，procreat等繪圖軟體。 2.有一定的AI能力，會使用AI工具 (例如MidJourney、StableDiffusion等);精通並能熟練運用illustrator/Photoshop等設計軟體; 3.執行力強，積極主動，具有高度責任心和良好的團隊合作精神，通過資料觀察對過往設計進行分析總結的能力 ; 4.海外藝術類相關專業學歷；對文字素材設計有一定的理解，有相關文字素材設計相關工作優先。

POSM: Design POSM for in-store communication including items such as: Poster, brochure, Wobbler, Tent Card, Popup, Shelfstrip, announcement, flyers...There will also be seasonal store decoration design items. Packaging Label: Packaging design: Bowls, cups, paper bags,..Propose idea conduct designing private brand items following standard brand guidelines. Others: Visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.Other additional tasks as directly requested by the line manager.
