Melakukan pengecekan dan pembaharuan form yang akan digunakan trainer dalam kegiatan training. 4. Melakukan pengecekan dan pembaharuan soal-soal test yang akan diberikan kepada peserta training. 5. Membuat materi new treatment berdasarkan modul yang diberikan oleh Medical and Treatmen 6. Melakukan training refreshment product knowledge, SOP dan Grooming 7. Mengajar dan meberikan evaluasi peserta training hands-on (Facial massage, Body massage, dan Mesin Estetika) untuk karyawan baru, refreshment, dan new treatment launch

● Chuẩn bị tài liệu học tập và các tài nguyên trong buổi đào tạo ● Hỗ trợ thiết lập trang thiết bị kỹ thuật và sắp xếp không gian đào tạo ● Tham gia các buổi đào tạo, điểm danh và hướng dẫn học viên trong quá trình học tập ● Tham gia hỗ trợ các sự kiện, hội thảo ● Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý trực tiếp

Mô tả công việc: - Soạn giáo án, lên kế hoạch giảng dạy cho học viên từ N5-N3 - Đào tạo văn hóa, tác phong làm việc với người Nhật cho học viên - Đưa ra các phương án kịp thời để hỗ trợ học viên và nâng cao hiệu quả công việc, chất lượng đào tạo… - Sắp xếp công việc theo yêu cầu và phân công của Ban Lãnh đạo và trưởng/phó phòng ban.
