JOB OVERVIEW:As the Head of Academic, you will play a central role in driving the development and execution of English language training programs tailored to the needs of K–12 schools and corporate clients.You’ll lead a team of curriculum specialists and trainers, oversee RD activities, ensure program quality, and act as a key academic liaison for external partners. This is a leadership opportunity for someone passionate about education and experienced in both program design and team management. RESPONSIBILITIESLead the planning, design, and rollout of English education products and training solutions aligned with market needs.Supervise and mentor a team of RD and training professionals (8–10+ members).Develop, refine, and monitor KPIs and work plans for the academic team.Conduct market research to inform product innovation and improvement.Evaluate and upgrade curriculum effectiveness based on feedback and learning outcomes.Oversee teacher recruitment and training processes (both local and foreign teachers).Ensure high-quality delivery of English training programs in collaboration with schools and business clients.Manage relationships with academic partners and stakeholders.Handle customer feedback and resolve academic-related issues.Support the Director in representing academic functions in internal and external meetings.Contribute to process improvements, risk management, and budget control within the academic department.
