Responsible for semiconductor process improvement, process integration, product yield improvement, and cost reduction Semiconductor advanced packaging technology process development, equipment and material evaluation and introduction

1.Expanded machine failure investigation and implementation. 2.Investigation/diagnosis/elimination of abnormality in production process and machine alarms. 3.Upgrade process capabilities & fan out (parameters/machine/tools) to improve production yield.

Set process equipment parameters to enhance process capabilities and yield rates. Facilitate the introduction of new products and materials. Respond promptly to production line and customer issues. Execute process-related projects for the packaging station.
