Job MissionQuality Supplier Manager (QSM) is responsible for the Quality Management and Operational performance of a selected number of key suppliers, which are managed by SAT (Supplier Account Team). Main focus areas are driving suppliers to a zero defects mindset, enable accelerated learning, perform (business) process improvements, optimization and develop the supply chain to a high maturity level. In addition to being the quality interface between supplier and ASML, the QSM works with suppliers and ASML stakeholders on finding structural solutions to material quality non conformities, driving business process improvements and managing the feedback loop with ASML stakeholders. The main responsibilities of the QSM in SAT are the following:Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the quality interface between ASML and suppliers, including n-tier suppliers.Develop and implement supplier quality assurance processes and product control mechanisms.Identify quality gaps, define Improvement Plans (IPs), and ensure timely execution.Ensure zero-repeat issues through high-quality and timely Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 8D problem-solving.Prioritize and manage Customer Quality Notifications (CQNs) and Dead On Arrivals (DOAS).Define and maintain the supplier quality roadmap in alignment with ASML’s strategic goals.Facilitate N-tier change management, ensuring quality requirements are validated and implemented.Initiate and lead supplier improvement projects (e.g., SPC, Lean, FMEA, Operational Excellence).Support Supplier Profile capability assessments and audits, ensuring alignment with ASML expectations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Procurement, Logistics, Engineering) to resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement.AccountabilitiesAccountable for the Quality (Q) dimension in the GQLTCS supplier performance framework. In this role, you will focus on the testing field. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, powerful, and performance-optimized software to enable the best user experience on the company's products. This is a global role in the Global Quality organization. Our organization specializes in building business processes that supports Micron's strategic objectives and fulfills international standards and customer requirements. We are looking for a highly driven individual to lead and drive network alignment and enable consistent execution of the NPI (New Product Introduction) process across Frontend and Backend. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of global NPI process owners across Frontend and Backend, driving alignment across network and spearheading process improvement activities. They are expected to collaborate closely with leadership and process sponsors, to achieve best-in-class NPI process. The successful candidate must be driven and motivated to independently drive process improvement activities, able to lead cross-functional project teams to achieve desired outcomes. They must also be able to communicate changes and assess impacts to global NPI processes. They must also be able to effectively articulate the NPI process during internal and external audits. This position requires a good grasp of both frontend and backend manufacturing processes, and a good understanding of process and project management, as well as basic understanding of external standards such as APQP, IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. The candidate must be able to communicate well and able to collaborate effectively across a large cross-functional team. The candidate will be required to assess gaps in very dynamic situations and make quick and sound decisions that protects Micron's business and customers. Responsibilities and Tasks (include, but not limited to): Lead effort to define the intent and scope of the process, and how it relates to the organization’s strategy. Establish process-performance measures and measurement methods, communicate process performance measures. Lead business process review and ensure business process meets the required content and are communicated to process stakeholders. Provide governance for business processes, aligning with best methods and tools, and driving process excellence. Accountable to communicate timely on major changes of the process or where there are presence of non-conformities or new CSRs, etc and identify the need to conduct additional System Level Business Process Reviews. Manage business process improvement roadmap and activities, ensure proper communication on process changes. Lead efforts to improve overall cross-functional performance analysis. Risk Based Thinking - Promote risk-based thinking (RBT) and manage risk within the process, aligned to the requirements of the Global Quality QMS Process Risk-Based Thinking Standard. Manage risk using the RBT App and monitor and update risks, treatments, and contingency plans as applicable. Process Management - Promote the benefits of the process-based management approach via exemplary management of the process. Identify training needs for key process performers. Accountable for interpretation and deployment of the Customer Requirements to applicable locations and sharing the new CR during BPR. Develop and maintain process artifacts. Make certain that process continues to perform to requirements for its stakeholders. Provide process metrics and improve performance results. Report performance to the stakeholders. Coordinate business process improvement activities to maintain competitive edge. Articulate NPI process during internal and external audits. Identify opportunities for improvement and drive CIP activities accordingly.

As a Gas Global Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible to define the strategy, implement plans and drive excursion prevention programs to develop Suppliers through Continuous Improvement Programs to ensure consistent supply of Quality procured materials/ services to Micron. You will work in close partnership with key stakeholders such as Global Quality, Global Procurement, Operational Central Team (OCT), Operations, Facility and Product Engineering to develop, implement and measure the effectiveness of Supplier Quality Management Program. In addition, you will support Supplier Performance Evaluations to ensure suppliers receive timely and accurate supplier performance feedback based on consistent metrics and that the supplier Quality issues are effectively mitigated, and the expectation of continuous improvement is understood and realized.Development Phase - Sourcing, Selection and Qualification Phase Drive Gas Quality risk assessment and ensure all risks are mitigated to support Fabs Gas qualification activities.Participate, support, and recommend from quality perspective on global sourcing and segmentation strategies, including business continuity, benchmarking, new markets, request for quotation (RFQ)/ request for information (RFI), sourcing, selection, cost savings and other analytics.Lead technical risk assessment audit for new supplier/ material engagement or qualification to assess their capability and readiness for High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).Set up, communicate, and ensure suppliers understood and align with Micron Supplier Requirements Standards (SRS).Support cross-fab technology transfer activities in terms of new technology Bill of Materials (BOM) and driving global specifications' alignment. HVM Phase - Supplier Development and Excursion Management Lead Gas Global Material Specification definition and alignment activities with internal stakeholders and suppliers.Devise Gas Category Quality Strategy for supplier/ material development programs including Quality Roadmap and Defense Line Program.Deploy Quality programs, lessons learnt and benchmark to/ with suppliers to ensure controls and preventive measures are in place to support Shift-Left-Strategy.Host regular Quality and Technical Review (QTR) meetings with strategic and developing suppliers.Manage supplier and sub-supplier changes in Supplier Change Management (SCM).Oversees globally affected Gas issues resolution and ensures they are prioritized appropriately.Work collaboratively with Global OCT MTE, Operations and Facility globally for deep dive root cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions to ensure no recurrence of related Quality issues.Fan out lesson learnt to R&D and HVM Fabs to ensure closure loop communication and prevent recurrence globally.Define, manage, and monitor supplier monthly quality performance metrics and their compliance to Micron SRS.Enhance the supplier quality business processes to improve productivity and efficiency.Support Global Procurement on supplier performance rating on Quality related criteria.
