Summary
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to help recruit top talent in Taiwan and US/Canada in order to transform job search with AI. In this role, be the only recruiter of the company, report directly to the CEO, and make a huge impact. And since we’re in the job search space, you’ll also have rare opportunities to help shape our products for job seekers. What You’ll Do
Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation 🤝Partner closely with hiring managers and CEO to define role requirements and build high-quality pipelinesDevelop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive marketsDrive a strong candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedbackMaintain and optimize ATS workflows and reporting to ensure hiring process efficiency and data integrityInfluence hiring strategy through market insights, hiring metrics, and process improvementsRepresent the company’s brand in a compelling way across outreach, interviews, and industry eventsInterview candidates in different timezones if necessary (e.g. US, Canada)Work with Taiwan and US/Canada teamsSince we’re in the job search space, you’ll also have unique opportunities to provide feedback to shape the product!
