Responsibilities:
Compensation Benefits (CB) Design Advisory
Design, review, and enhance compensation structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits that align with company strategy and local market trends.Monitor and ensure compliance with Taiwan’s labor laws and statutory benefit requirements.Conduct market benchmarking to support pay structure and total rewards competitiveness.Provide guidance on CB policies and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.Drive total rewards planning and communication in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders.Manage external vendors to implement and optimize benefit offerings.Communicate total rewards programs to employees and managers.
HR Data Analytics Process Improvement
Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support HR decision-making.Review and optimize HR processes, workflows, and documentation for efficiency and compliance.
Compliance Policy Management
Stay updated with Taiwan labor law changes and recommend necessary policy or process updates.Assist in labor compliance audits, documentation, and risk mitigation strategies.
