A. 熟悉繞射光學，如:Waveguide/Meta Lens運作原理，為下一代AR/VR產品提出解決方案。B. 光學模擬軟體操作，如:Zemax, Code V, Lighttools, Rsoft。 C. 近眼顯示之光學元件量測和系統評價，熟悉光學元件規格定義與AR/VR產品規格定義，如:FOV, Eyebox, Eye relief, Eifficiency, uniformity等。 D. 協助專案進行，解決專案執行中所產生的光學相關問題，並釐清原因。E. 跨部門團隊合作、溝通協調、語文能力。

【Job Description】 1.Optical components performance evaluation and validation (including laser、lens、 PIC .. etc.) 2.Optical simulation for evaluation, optimization and tolerance analysis. 3.Lead project to accomplish light engine design by your professional skill and good cross-functional communication. 4.Handle NPI process and transfer to production (determine process specification、SOP .. etc.)
