JOB SUMMARY
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the HR strategy for assigned factories in alignment with the Group direction and overall business strategy.This role will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring effective HR operations, talent management, and compliance with labor regulations, while building a strong and capable HR team to support both short-term and long-term business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor the Corporate Communications and Knowledge Management team, fostering collaboration and high performance. Set objectives, provide guidance, conduct evaluations, and allocate resources to achieve organizational goals.
Ensure communication activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies, including OHS, quality, and environmental standards. Report compliance issues and recommend governance improvements.
Follow the company program:
a. Comply with and supervise regulations, culture, and OHS (including ensuring work tools comply with standards), energy, quality, and environment programs to ensure the implementation of company management system runs smoothly.
b. Identify, report, and review related OHS (work accident, audit OHS and improvement), energy, quality, and environment management systems to ensure and improve the company management system.
Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. Oversee content creation for internal and external channels, including press releases, speeches, and digital media.
Manage crisis communications with timely, transparent updates, and continuously analyze and refine efforts for greater impact.
Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect the company's reputation. Lead responses with coordinated, consistent messaging and conduct post-crisis analysis for continuous improvement.
Plan and execute corporate events and campaigns aligned with strategic goals, ensuring effective communication and brand consistency. Measure impact through feedback and metrics for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, developing engagement strategies to enhance reputation and support business goals. Serve as the primary media contact, ensuring accurate and positive coverage.
