In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality customer data analysis and quality assurance to support our internal financial control function. You will also help the Revenue Operations team uncover valuable customer insights through data analysis on our existing inline services.
As inline continues its rapid expansion across APAC, we are looking for highly detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical capabilities to derive insights from diverse data sources. Fluency in English is a plus, as this role involves communication with global partners.

Data Analysis & Optimization
Python & SQL are essential – use them to automate, analyze, and optimize financial data.Enhance and optimize the billing system using Google Apps Script (GAS) to enable automation.Analyze customer payment behaviors and propose data-driven solutions to improve collection efficiency.Monitor and analyze monthly revenue performance to ensure accuracy and financial health.Maintain clean, structured, and well-documented financial data dashboards for better decision-making.
Billing & Accounts Management
Set up, manage, and optimize billing systems to improve efficiency.Support customer billing inquiries, ensuring clarity and resolution.Enhance the customer payment experience, making transactions seamless.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper cash flow tracking.Conduct regular follow-ups with domestic and international clients via calls, emails, and meetings.Standardize billing processes and ensure invoice accuracy.
Process Management & Documentation
Accurately track internal and external requests, process information quickly, and resolve issues.Develop and maintain clear, well-structured documentation to improve operational efficiency.Implement and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality metrics based on department needs.
